I have been following the recent news on iPhone and I think I can sum up the feature. You can decide if you want to wait or buy iPhone 4S

Bigger Display: No more 3.5 inch, we will probably have 4 inch screen. But recently I saw that they may ship with 3.89 inch screen. Don't know why the unsual size.
New Design: I am not a big fan of iPhone 4 and 4S design mainly because of the glass hardware. I wish they use metal this time. Soon after the launch of the iPhone 4S, reports emerged that Steve Jobs was working on a radical new design of the iPhone prior to his untimely death. This new design is said to be teardrop shaped and will be 8mm longer with an aluminium case.
More powerful: The new A5 dual-core processor inside the iPhone 4S was one of the major improvements made in the latest model. There are very few details so far emerging regarding the processor inside the iPhone 5. But it would be better than iPhone 4S
LTE: The new iPhone 5 will boast 4G also known as LTE - Long Term Evolution technology according to AT&T which is due to the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) which is in line with the most recent technology standards for mobile networks.
