You needn't dual boot Windows 7 and Android 4.0 you can run android on a Windows machine just download the SDK it has all the tools

You can install android on virtual box these days... why don't u try it that way.. android doesn't use a lot of resources anyway.. and you can save the trouble of having to reboot your pc every time you want to switch..
